SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship to both domestic and international addresses. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed before 5pm CET will be shipped the same day as the order was placed. Packages are only shipped once payment method and delivery information have been authorized. Delivery times are estimates and do not take into account delays caused by payment verification or other delays that do not depend on us. We currently ship all orders with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), this means that order totals displayed at checkout are exclusive of taxes and duties. Customers are fully responsible for all duties, taxes or customs costs associated with their order. As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed to you. Customers are fully responsible for any return fees, unless otherwise stated, such as: shipping, customs, and duties. All orders must include any and all commercial invoices of the products being returned to prevent any delays with clearance of international customs. We will process a refund for the cost of the returned item for all unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items. Items must be received in the original packaging, including any tags, boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, within 14 days of the date you received the item. Please note that items on sale are not eligible for returns. Returns, meeting the above requirements will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5 days of the return being approved. Please contact us at email@example.com before initiating a return, all returns received without our prior approval will not be accepted.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email. Please note that we do not offer print, color or length exchanges, we will only exchange based on size.
